Good tools, slow support
I ordered the Onyx Clipper and a Professional Barber Cape. The clipper is pretty powerful and cuts well, very happy with that part. The cape is also decent quality, standard stuff. My main issue was with customer service. I needed to update my shipping address right after placing the order and it took them almost three days to respond to my email, by which point it had already shipped to the old address. Thankfully, I was able to reroute it with the carrier myself. The products themselves are solid, but their response time could use some work.

Consistent quality, returning again
